Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty on the entire printer (excluding consumables like LCD screens, FEP film, and nozzles) and a 6-month warranty for the 2K/4K/8K LCD screens.
What is your return policy for unopened items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping items back.
